Permits We Handle

  • SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi / Certificate of Building Worthiness) — new or renewal, for factories, warehouses, offices, hotels, and commercial buildings.
  • PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung / Building Approval) — the successor of IMB, for new buildings as well as existing unlicensed buildings.
  • SLO (Certificate of Operational Worthiness) — electrical installation compliance.
  • PJK3 Certificate (Manpower Ministry) — occupational safety inspection of installations and equipment.
  • AMDAL & ANDALALIN — environmental impact and traffic impact assessment documents.

Why PT. WIN?

  • Proven track record — more than 500,000 m² of industrial buildings certified, including an 80,000 m² factory complex owned by PT. Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills (one of the largest paper mills in Indonesia and Southeast Asia) and a Pertamina apartment building in Cilacap.
  • One door — structural, MEP, and architectural inspections are performed by our certified in-house engineers (IPM, ASEAN.Eng, IAI), not outsourced.
  • Until issuance — we assist the entire process in SIMBG and with local authorities; we do not stop at preparing documents.

How the Process Works

  1. Initial consultation and document completeness check.
  2. Site survey: structural, architectural, MEP, and fire protection inspection.
  3. Technical report and as-built drawing preparation.
  4. Submission via SIMBG and assistance during government review.
  5. Certificate issued and handed over.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the SLF process take?

Depending on document completeness and building size, typically 1–3 months from the survey. Buildings without technical documents need additional time for as-built drawings.

Who is required to have an SLF?

Every completed building in Indonesia must hold an SLF before being used, as mandated by Law No. 28/2002 and Government Regulation No. 16/2021 — including factories, warehouses, offices, and commercial buildings.

My building has no IMB/PBG — can it still be processed?

Yes. Existing buildings can apply for PBG, and we help complete the technical requirements including worthiness inspection.

How long is an SLF valid?

5 years for public/commercial buildings and 20 years for residential houses, after which it must be renewed with a re-inspection.
